Production painting on residential exteriors and interiors. Lead-certified training provided. You will be on jobs where customers thank the painters by name.
Washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming ahead of the painters. The prep work our warranty actually rests on.
Walk homes, scope the work, and quote on the spot. No high-pressure close: the warranty and the reviews do that part.
Own jobs end to end: painters, schedule, walkthrough, and punch list. You are the person the homeowner calls, and the one they name in the review.
Canvassing and outreach in assigned territory, booking estimates for the sales team. Coaching, turf support, and a clear path into estimating.
